Okemah Care Center had the annual state survey inspection team, the facility staff did a great job and even though there were some defiences the defiences will be easily corrected. Our corporate staff and facility staff will be working to get the issues corrected. Our main goal at Okemah Care Center is taking care of the residents as the best facility in the area.
